If you have twins, then this is where you want to be. A twin stroller is something you are probably after, and will come in handy when taking the babies or toddlers out for shopping trips or sight seeing. Your twin baby stroller should have a few different sets of features that I will discuss momentarily, and I give these to allow you to compare models you see in stores to these and make the best decision possible.
When looking for the ideal strollers for twins, you should keep a few baby related things in mind. Mainly circumstances and such.
For instance, keep in mind that most twin strollers won’t accommodate a combined weight of more than about 50 pounds for both babies (though some larger models will get up to 100 pounds), toddlers or both. So do make sure that your kids do fit into this limit. Usually with extra bag space and so on, the weight of accessories on top of this weight limit is about 15 to 20 pounds more, so you can easily carry small bags and other paraphernalia with you on the trip and not have to worry about stability issues or the stroller breaking down. Look for big wheels when looking for your twin baby stroller so you know there is an added level of security and safety, as well as the comfort factor every parent or caretaker looks for.
If you are planning to go on longer trips, look for seats that are not only adjustable or reclining seats, but also have multiple positions. This will become important for longer walks and trips, as you’ll be able to change positions every hour or so, depending on the schedule. Also make sure to look for transparent canopies so you can keep an eye on your babies or toddler and see what they’re doing. This is an absolute must for strollers for twins, in my opinion, as they can certainly get up to some mischief together.
